Linen:

Bedding is charged at £5 per person per holiday.
Note that Towels are not provided.

Heating:

The cottage has central heating and hot water is on tap 24/7, provided free of charge.
The lounge is predominantly heated by the log fire, which transforms the cottage and spreads secondary warmth to the rest of the house.
Our regulars have requested we separate the log cost from the rent of the cottage to keep the cottage rent price down. This is reflected in the price you have paid.

Log packs are £10, and consist of 2 large sacks of Logs, basket of kindling sticks, firelighters, and matches. Each sack lasts one night. Please order in advance.

 

Terms & Conditions:

1. When booking, a deposit or payment in full is required.

2. Bookings are only reserved when the deposit is received. This deposit is non-refundable. Cheques payable to D Wilson.

3. Please ensure the booking form is completed accurately, as failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday.

4. Pets allowed strictly by prior permission, charge based on age and breed.

5. Where possible and agreed in advance departure may be delayed till late afternoon.

6. Please be aware bed linen sets do not include towels.

Condition Of Hire:

1. The cottage is for family holidays: anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons will be asked to leave, without refund.

2. In order for us to clean and check the cottage, departures must be made before 9.30am on the leaving day and keys will be released after 2pm on the day of arrival.

3. Please leave the cottage as you found it, in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party, and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the cottage or its contents during their stay.

4. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given.

Holiday Cancellation:

If due to illness, injury or accident you are unable to take your holiday you must advise us immediately by telephone and we will correct our emergency fire records.
We recommend holiday insurance from your local broker, to cover personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation, personal and public liability etc.
No monies will be returned for cancellations.
Conditions - In the case of any dispute our decision is final.
